At ROMMEL BERLIN, we believe in thoughtful production and individual craftsmanship. Many of our garments are handmade in Berlin and produced in small quantities or made after an order is placed.

Please note that production and shipping times are calculated separately.

Production & processing time

Many ROMMEL BERLIN pieces are made to order to minimize overproduction and support a more conscious approach to fashion.

Production time: 3–5 business days.

Ready-to-ship items may be dispatched sooner.

During busy periods, collection launches, or for more complex designs, production may require additional time. If this happens, we will inform you of any significant delay.

Shipping & delivery times

All orders are shipped from Berlin, Germany.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for production when ordering made-to-order pieces.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, shipping provider, customs procedures, and circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery destination and the available shipping method.

The applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking & dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

Tracking information will be provided if included in your selected shipping service.

International orders & customs

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.

Any applicable charges will be communicated at checkout where possible. Otherwise, they may be collected by the carrier or local customs authorities upon import.

International deliveries may take longer due to customs processing.

Delays & delivery issues

As many ROMMEL BERLIN pieces are produced individually, occasional production or delivery delays may occur.

If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us so we can assist you.

If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please get in touch with us. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
