Return & refund policy

At ROMMEL BERLIN, each garment is created with an emphasis on individuality, craftsmanship, and considered design. Many of our pieces are handmade, upcycled, or produced in limited quantities.

We kindly ask you to review product descriptions, measurements, and photographs carefully before placing your order.

14-day right of withdrawal

Customers entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal may withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.

You may use our withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the item within 14 days.

Return conditions

We ask that returned items be carefully packaged and, where possible, returned with their original labels, protective tags, and packaging.

Items may be inspected and tried on as reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and fit, as you would in a physical store.

If an item has been worn beyond normal inspection, washed, damaged, altered, or otherwise handled unnecessarily, you may be responsible for any resulting reduction in its value, in accordance with applicable law.

Removing a protective or tamper-evident tag does not automatically cancel your statutory right of withdrawal. However, evidence of use or damage may be considered when assessing any reduction in value.

Handmade and one-of-a-kind pieces

Many ROMMEL BERLIN garments are unique or individually handmade. Minor variations in texture, construction, color, and finishing may be characteristic of their handmade or upcycled nature, as described in the product listing.

Being handmade, one-of-a-kind, or limited edition does not, by itself, exclude the statutory right of withdrawal.

Custom-made garments

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to garments made to individual customer specifications or clearly personalized, where the applicable legal requirements for this exception are met.

This does not affect statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming products.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for the direct costs of return shipping when exercising their statutory right of withdrawal.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of postage.

Refunds

If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or you have provided evidence of having sent it back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise expressly agreed.

Any legally permissible deduction for loss of value resulting from unnecessary handling may be applied.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@rommelberlin.com, preferably with photographs and your order number, so we can assist you.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
